A Leeds based marketing company has won a top accolade at prestigious industry awards.

Creative agency DS.Emotion, which started up 25 years ago, received the ‘Best Marketing Campaign – Regional Offices’ award in recognition of its work in Manchester at the Property Marketing Awards (PMA)
2017.

It comes after a collaboration with LJ Partnership, which bought four buildings around Albert Square in Manchester to redevelop into a thriving 100,000 sq ft business destination.

The property investor wanted to market the four historic buildings as one destination and a new home for dynamic businesses in Manchester.

DS.Emotion set about creating a successful marketing strategy by re-branding the site ‘The Albert Estate’.

It followed up with a comprehensive multi-channel marketing and media campaign and the results delivered prestigious deals and helped solidify rental values.

The judges said it was “a truly integrated and thought provoking campaign that cut through the market.” Angus Armitage, Director at DS.Emotion, said, “We are thrilled to receive this award for The Albert Estate.

“As well as being immensely rewarding for our team, it recognises our ability to apply ‘placemaking’ insight to reinvent a space into a thriving destination with longevity.”

DS.Emotion was also shortlisted for an award for its work on Boultbee Brooks, the new office redevelopment at Concordia Works.

After starting in the city, DS.Emotion went on to set up offices in London and Manchester and have worked on several marketing campaigns nationwide including The Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
