Man cut from car after Leeds city centre smash

A man had to be cut out of his car after an accident in Leeds city centre.

The accident happened along the Eastbound inner ring road at around 1am in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The man was rescued by fire crews from Leeds central and Gipton and taken to Leeds General Infirmary with unknown injuries.
