MOTORISTS have experienced long delays after a car and a bus collided, resulting in an oil spill on a road in Leeds.

Police were called to the incident, which took place in a bus lane near the Co-operative Food store in Bradford Road, Pudsey, just after 7am this morning.

No-one was injured during the collision but the clean up of the road resulted in large tailbacks for morning commuters.

The site was cleared by around 9am.
