SChool children were treated to a trip to a bakery which is helping to feed youngsters.

The pupils from the Co-operative Academy of Leeds visited the Bagel Nash bakery.

The Co-operative Academy is one of 53 schools in Yorkshire which benefits from Magic Breakfast’s breakfast clubs,

The charity works with schools where more than 35 per cent of children are eligible for free school meals, and in some cases this is their only hot meal of the day. Bagel Nash has been working with Magic Breakfast since 2010, supplying bagels for their 480 partner schools. More than 320 schools are on the waiting list, 45 of which are in Yorkshire.
