Fashion-forward students from Leeds Beckett University are showcasing their work at a special pop-up store in Leeds.

The pop-up launched at Lambert’s Yard in the city centre this week, with pieces by students on the BA Fashion undergraduate course.

Retail director Adam Jagger handpicked the work. He said: “I’m really impressed with the quality that has come from the students.

“Some of the pieces wouldn’t even look out of place on a runway at London Fashion Week.”

Student Mary Mellor, pictured, said: “I wanted to design and create something completely unique.”

The pop-up runs until Friday, June 19.

A short film by the students will also be shown at 7pm on Thursday, June 18 on the second floor at Lambert’s Yard.
