Police are concerned for the welfare of a 31-year-old mother missing from her home in Bramley.
Gemma Robinson was last seen shortly after 2pm yesterday in Middleton Crescent in Beeston.
She is described as 5ft 6ins tall, of stocky build, with brown hair which she was wearing in a ponytail.
Ms Robinson was last seen wearing a red and black raincoat, dark-coloured jogging bottoms and white trainers.
Detective Inspector Mark Atkinson said: “Gemma left her young child in the care of a family member but has failed to return home. There are concerns for her wellbeing and we need to trace her to ensure that she is safe and well.
“Anyone who has seen Gemma or with information about where she may be are urged to call Leeds District CID via 101, quoting log 876 of 12/11.
“Similarly, if Gemma herself becomes aware of this appeal we would ask that she please makes contact with the police or her family.”
