AN UNUSUAL performance at a Leeds swimming baths is set to make quite a splash.

Mermaid Tales at Bramley Baths is an aquatic adventure based on memories from swimmers in Leeds.

The show by Yorkshire Life Aquatic and Leeds College of Art aims to combine fantasy with reality and includes dancing, an exhibition and a routine performed in the pool.

It is part of the Bramley Memory Aquarium project, which looks at the building’s 110-year history. Performances start at 5.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday, November 28.

PRODUCTION: Gangsta Granny, based on the book by comedian and Britains Got Talent judge David Walliams, is coming to Leeds Grand Theatre next week.
