The business boost Leeds’ involvement in major cycling events such as the Tour de France Grand Depart has brought to the city will be discussed next week.

The Leodis Forum will welcome firms including Restrap, Aurelius Cycles and Pannier that have benefitted and invested in the city’s two-wheeled success at the Midnight Bell pub, in Water Lane, on February 25 from 6.30pm.

“This will give people the opportunity to hear the stories behind some of these local companies, like Restrap, who are a perfect example of a small business that’s creating amazing and innovative products that enhance the cycling experience – all made in Yorkshire.”

Free Leeds Brewery Leodis lager will be offered as a taster during the interval of the open-to-all event.
