A festival celebrating all things Latino and Hispanic will come to Leeds this summer.
The ¡Vamos! Festival will arrive at Millennium Square on July 31 for a free family-friendly event full of music, dance, art, food and drink.
After coming to Leeds for the first time last year, it is set to return bigger and better than before.
Headliners Cuban Combination will be making their northern debut at the event in Leeds, where they will also be launching their first album.
Other artists include Brazilian samba rock octet AfroSamba, Brazilian singer Pilo Adami, Newcastle’s samba school DrumDin and samba group Hera Dance from Manchester.
Co-producer and co-curator of the festival, Lubi Jovanovic, said: “Last year the festival gave the citizens of Leeds a fantastic display of music and dance from the Latin world and brought together people of all backgrounds to enjoy this free family-friendly community festival.
“It gave local artists a chance to perform alongside national and international artists, which will continue this year.
“With the Rio Olympics happening just days after the event, the focus for this year’s festival programme is very much on Brazil.”
The festival is celebrating is 10th birthday this year and has also toured in Liverpool and Newcastle.
It is just one of a jam-packed series of concerts and events at Millennium Square this summer, which have been organised by Leeds City Council.
The free event runs from 1pm to 7pm on July 31.
