The original Calendar Girls from North Yorkshire, who shot to fame after they made a nude Women's Institute charity calendar, will be special guests at the event.
Over the past 10 years the Calendar Girls have raised more than 1.5 million for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
Aled will host the evening, and there will also be performances from West End and Broadway stars, including Kerry Ellis, who has starred in Wicked and Les Miserables, Philip Quast, who has played in Les Miserables and La Cage Aux Folles and Adam Pascal from Rent.
They will be accompanied by the City of London Philharmonic and the Sing Live UK and USA chorus.
Other guests will include the head judge of ITV's Dancing on Ice, Robin Cousins and, for the 8pm show, TV personalities Gloria Hunniford and Ainsley Harriott.
Cathy Gilman, chief executive of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, said: "Since 1960, Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research has invested in world-class research and survival rates have increased dramatically for patients with leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
"However, there's still a long way to go and money raised from this evening will help us get closer to a cure.
"We are delighted that the original Calendar Girls from North Yorkshire will be our very special guests."
Show director Hugh Wooldridge, said: "This evening is a must for all
who love musicals.
"Come along and hear the best performers in the world performing some of the greatest songs.
"Come and join in the fun; come and raise funds for this splendid charity while raising the roof of the Royal Albert Hall."
