White Rosettes sing their way to second European title – with Royal approval

The White Rosettes have sung their way to victory in the European Ladies Barbershop championships for a second time.

And they had support from an unexpected source as they successfully defended their title in Holland – the Queen.

Choir director Sally McLean explained: “We are absolutely over the moon. A few weeks ago we had a letter from the Queen wishing us well and asking us to let her know how we got on.”
