A project to find out what people love about Leeds is launched – and Yorkshire Evening Post readers are being asked to take part.
The National – an organisation representing regional publishers and the newspapers they produce – has commissioned research in Leeds as well as Bristol, Manchester and London.
In addition to asking participants about their views on Leeds, the researchers want to find out what they think of the YEP.
People can have their say in street interviews that are being carried out at a stand on Lands Lane between noon and 4pm on October 31.
There will be more in-depth interviews at The Living Room, on Greek Street, at 5pm. The Living Room is also hosting a workshop between 7pm and 9pm.
Twitter users can also have their say on the social networking site by tweeting the best thing about Leeds using the hashtag #Leedsspirit.
The National is a new initiative created by regional press publishers working with leading daily papers, including Johnston Press, which publishes the YEP.
