Villagers in Calverley were caught up in garage sale fever.
Around 150 families and residents’ groups set up stalls in their gardens and driveways selling a whole host of new and pre-loved items, crafts and home-made produce. Georgina Thompson, one of the organisers of the ‘Calverley Spring Clean’ event, said: “We have had an amazing response to the event from local residents, businesses and community groups.”
