Video: Leeds tiny tots try yoga
Leeds tiny tots stretched their bodies and imaginations at their weekly yoga class.
And more pre-school children are set to get the chance to take up yoga at new taster sessions in Leeds this month.
The YogaBugs classes in Otley use creative storytelling techniques with yoga postures woven in.
Free Taster Sessions are being held in Roundhay at The Good Health Centre on Harrogate Road on Tuesday December 29 for kids aged eight to 12 years and Wednesday, December 30 for children aged two-and-a-half to seven years.
