Video: Hundreds take part in Yorkshire Three Peaks charity challenge
Five hundred walkers from across the country scaled the three highest peaks in Yorkshire in a bid to raise £75,000 for the British Heart Foundation.
In just one day, participants took on 25 miles and climbed Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough to support the BHF's pioneering work in the area.

Carl Jones, of the BHF events team, said: "Saturday was a fantastic day. The weather held out until around 4pm so participants only got wet at the end.

"We would like to thank everyone who took part in the event, everyone who volunteered and all those who came along to support their friends and family."
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge will take place again in July 2011. Anyone wanting to take part in a BHF walk this year, can sign up for the eight-mile Lake District Hike on Sunday 11 September or the 17 mile High Peak Trail Winter Challenge Hike on Sunday 21 November.
