Stars of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing strutted their stuff in front of hundreds of staff in Leeds.
Toes were tapping as Olympian Colin Jackson joined dancing partner Erin Boag for a masterclass at npower’s head office in Scarcroft.
The pair, who made it to the final of the popular BBC television programme in 2005, got staff on their feet to support Macmillan’s 23rd World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
Colin, 46, and Erin, 38, also performed some of their impressive routines.
Colin said: “It was wonderful and it was great to see everyone so enthusiastic and energetic for a good cause.
“I was taught by Erin and today I got to see her try and teach others and I could see them making the same mistakes I used to make!”
Staff were also going for gold in a bake-off, judged by the celebrity duo, with all cakes being sold to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Erin said: “Like many people, I have lost members of my family to cancer, including both of my grandparents, so Macmillan is a charity that’s close to my heart.”
Clare McDougall, head of community for npower, said: “To date, npower has raised in excess of £2.3million for Macmillan and we hope to add to this total during this glamorous event – we may even pick up tips to improve our skills on the dancefloor too.
“We are huge fans of Colin and Erin so we’re delighted to have the couple on board to add a touch of glamour to the day.”
