Or at least his owner Angelina Summers, 31, likes to think so.
She has taken out an online ad in the hope to find her male white fancy rat a mate.
The medical secretary, who lives in Oakwood, says that Lord Rattington (Ting Tong for short) is a real gent and would make the perfect dad.
But sadly so far she has been unable to find an eligible suitor.
She told Roundhay Today: "There's been plenty of interest in knowing the great man himself but sadly not a single lady rat."
She added: "He is just so charming but he won't last much longer and as he has made such an impression on everyone it would be lovely to let him breed."
Asked what Ting Tong is looking for in his playmate, Angelina added: "He wants reproductive ability and pretty eyes."
The ad – which has attracted more than 350 views in less than a week – reads: "My handsome rat, Lord Rattington-Smythe, is getting on in years...but still looks fabulous.
"He's such a charming gentleman that I'd like to give him the chance to produce some little Rattington-Smythes with the right girl before age inevitably robs him of his love potential.
"I can assure you this particular gentleman will take full parental responsibility."
Ting Tong's interests include lounging and watching ITV's The Jeremy Kyle Show.
