BUILDERS in Leeds have swapped their usual yellow hi-vis vests for bright pink outfits to show their support for a breast cancer campaign.
Construction staff from David Wilson Homes made the clothes swap as part of the ‘Wear it Pink’ day.
The national event aims to raise awareness of breast cancer and raise cash for the Breast Cancer Campaign charity to help find a cure for the disease.
Workers at David Wilson Homes’ scheme Royal Gardens, just off Cemetery Road in Pudsey, showed their support for the campaign on October 25.
The team have also been working hard to raise money for the charity and a fundraising total is currently being calculated.
