A LEEDS cricketer has spoken of his shock after he returned to the changing rooms after a match to find all of his belongings had been stolen.

Mark Harrison, 30, who plays for Farsley Cricket Club, told the YEP that his wallet, phone and car keys were taken whilst he was batting in a match at the Pudsey St Lawrence ground at Tofts Road.

He said he later discovered that his black Audi A3 car, registration YS11 BJF, had been taken, and that he had informed police.

Mark said: “Nothing like this has happened before that I know of. It is very rare.

“You expect everyone in the ground to be people who are spectating, not looking to thieve.”

Anyone with information should call police on non-emergency number 101.
