The project has so far attracted 60 football clubs in England, including giants such as Manchester United and Arsenal.
Over the last two years the project has involved nearly 1,000 deaf young players and trained more than 400 coaches on how to communicate with them.
Hayley Jarvis, NDCS Sports and Leisure Activities Manager said: "We are delighted that Seacroft Colts and Leeds Deaf FC have signed the pledge, and committed to giving deaf children an equal opportunity to play football."
