The number 46, which runs from Shadwell into Leeds city centre and onto Gildersome, will come off the roads on July 19.
The 2b route, which runs from Roundhay Park to Infirmary Street, will
cease at the same time.

Both services travel along Harrogate Road, passing through both Moortown and Chapeltown.
Administrator Barbara Killon, 62, of Moortown, told the YEP the scrappings would add 30 minutes onto her commute.
She said: "They're saying that it's not viable any more but it just isn't good enough. A lot of people use these buses.
"The 46 goes onto the White Rose Centre, so they'll lose a lot of shoppers. It's going to be very inconvenient."
A spokesman for First said: "We very much regret that these two services are being withdrawn due to fewer people travelling.
"However, as an alternative we are increasing the frequency of service 45 to every 20 minutes at peak time."
