Roundhay Planning Forum host public exhibition
Roundhay Planning Forum held a successful public exhibition to show residents the fruits of four years work on a draft Neighbourhood Design Statement (NDS).
Around 100 people attended the exhibition held at Kerr Mackie Primary School.
Fabian Hamilton MP and a senior planning officer attended the event and gave positive feedback to Forum members.
It is intended that the completed NDS, approved by the City Council, will be formally handed over to Cllr Andrew Carter (Deputy Leader of the Council and Executive Board member for Development) at a formal event to be held in Civic Hall in November/December 2009.
