Robbers attack Leeds supermarket again
A Yeadon supermarket has been attacked by robbers for the second time in four days.
At 9.45pm on Friday two men brandishing a wheelbrace and a knife threatened staff at Sainsbury's in Queensway.
The robbers demanded money, but it was not clear whether anything was stolen.
The raider with the wheelbrace was white wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a grey Adidas hooded top, white gloves and a white scarf across his face.
The knifeman was white and wore a blackhooded top, black tracksuit bottoms a white scarf across his face and white gloves.
Last Monday two youths entered the store at about 9.30pm, one with a monkey wrench and the other with a kitchen knife.
They threatened three staff and two customers and took cash and cigarettes.
Those robbers were dressed similarly to Friday's raiders and detectives are considering whether the raids are linked.
