Ripley Castle: Katherine Jenkins set to perform
Opera's blonde bombshell Katherine Jenkins is to perform in an open-air musical extravaganza at Ripley Castle.
The Welsh superstar, who has just completed a sell-out UK arena tour, will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra and joined by tribute act One Night of Queen, just returned from a third US tour.

The evening's entertainment will be rounded off with a firework display in the grounds of the castle near Harrogate.

Katherine won new fans after the success of her recent TV programme Pop Star to Opera Star aimed at taking opera to the masses.
