Staff at a school in Leeds were left red-faced by a punctuation error on banners congratulating students on their best ever exam results.
Roundhay School was forced to rectify the misuse of an apostrophe on the banners which were placed outside the establishment to draw attention to students’ GCSE results.
A school spokesperson said: “It is disappointing that a printing error was overlooked on a banner celebrating the pupils’ superb examination results.”
