Police say they are growing increasing concerned for the welfare of a missing Leeds mum-of-four.
Lesley Ginnelly, of Cottingley, was last seen yesterday (Feb 11) morning in the Morley area of Leeds.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “[Her] disappearance is considered extremely out of character and police are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone with information to come forward.”
Mrs Ginnelly, 47, was last seen getting onto a number 51 bus at Victoria Road, Morley, heading for Morley town centre at about 9.15am yesterday.
After she was reported missing yesterday afternoon police conducted a number of unsuccessful searches.
It is believed she may have been in Morley until lunchtime, but officers believe she could now be in the south Wakefield area around Pugneys Country Park and Newmillerdam.
Mrs Ginnelly is about 5ft 2ins tall, of medium build and has brown hair. At the time she was last seen she was wearing a dark green coat with a fur collar, black leggings and trainers.
