Plans for new Leeds city centre restaurant

A new restaurant could open at The Light in Leeds city centre.

Plans have been submitted to Leeds City Council for a Frankie and Benny’s American diner to replace a shop in the retail and leisure complex.

It would have room for 136 diners.
