A former Leeds Rhinos legend and England rugby league captain has given a ‘pep’ talk to men from the south of the city.

Members of a new project, The Men’s Room, based in Seacroft, were given the talk by Keith Senior as part of a project to build confidence and employability skills.

Keith addressed the group of men at the Dennis Healey Centre in Seacroft, and talked about his experiences as a player.

The Men’s Room is a free weekly drop-in aimed at men of all ages in the Seacroft and Gipton areas of the city run by Space2. It aims to tackle issues around employability, health, and confidence building.

The group meets every Wednesday, from 10am to 2pm. Anyone interested in joining should turn up or contact Ben Tagoe on 0113 320 0159 ext 6.
