Parking charges are set to rise at hospitals in Wakefield, Pontefract and Dewsbury.
The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is increasing the charges for parking at its hospital sites from April 1.
The cost of parking for one hour will remain at £1.30, but parking fees for one to two hours will rise by 10p to £2.70.
Parking for two to four hours will rise in price by 10p to £4.
And parking for four to 24 hours will now cost £6.70, a rise of 20p.
Ian Brodie, the trust’s head of facilities, said: “We try to keep car parking charges as low as possible and in line with other hospitals across the region. Unfortunately we do need to review costs against increases in inflation and these changes reflect that. We continue to offer a range of concessions and reduced rates for our patients, including long-stay discounts.”
