A SHOPKEEPER was attacked by masked men armed with metal bars in a terrifying robbery in Leeds.
Two men walked into P&N News, in Brooklyn Terrace, Armley, and assaulted the 44-year-old male shopkeeper before taking cash from the till.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “The victim suffered minor injuries but was left very badly shaken.”
One of the men was about 6ft tall and of medium build. He was wearing a black jacket with the hood pulled tight around his head and face. The second was also about 6ft tall and had the bottom of his face covered.
The incident happened just after 8pm on Saturday, February 16.
