Leeds United fan’s eye catching tribute to El-Hadji Diouf

PICTURES have appeared on Twitter of a young Leeds United fan dressed up like his hero, striker El-Hadji Diouf.

The schoolboy, identified only as @LufcKai, has been pictured with the Leeds star and club manager Neil Warnock outside Elland Road after the 1-0 win over Bolton on new Year’s Day.

He is sporting a bleached blond Mohican hairdo and darkened skin.

Former Leeds player Robert Snodgrass, now at Norwich, wrote on Twitter: “This lad deserves a award .... Great effort. Can’t a kid @LufcKai dress up as one of his favourite players these days without people moaning . We were kids once . #worldsgonemad”

The youngster wrote: “You can see by my pic im a normal kid who loves Leeds just wanted to go fancy dress for new yrs day.”
