The strong arm of the law was needed when this police car got into a sticky situation on snow-sodden ground in Leeds.
Officers had parked up on public fields off Stonegate Road between Moortown and Meanwood while on duty yesterday morning. (Jan 15)
But when they tried to set off again, their small Vauxhall Corsa car – partially sunk in mud left by the Monday’s snow fall – failed to budge.
One of the cops was forced to give the vehicle a push while his colleague stepped on the gas.
Eventually the pair managed to extricate themselves and continue on their way.
