Leeds landmarks celebrated in photos
Leeds landmarks can be seen through a lens with a twist when a new photographic exhibition is launched this month.
Seemingly standard views around the City Inn hotel and Granary Wharf have been brought to life through striking photography showing how the "ordinary can be beautiful".

The nuts and bolts of local industrial buildings as well as the inner technical workings of the hotel also make up part of the display.

Bradford-born photographic artist Giuseppe Lambertino is behind the pictures which will be exhibited throughout the City Inn, Leeds, from April 23 until September.

Much of his work shows his interest in capturing light, sites and spaces for a number of diverse projects.
Giuseppe has also been commissioned by Opera North to document his journey to the real King Macbeth's birthplace in Scotland in 2008.
Photographs were exhibited as part of the Matter of Fact exhibition to accompany Opera North's Shakespeare season in 42 New Briggate Gallery, Leeds.
City Inn hosted its first exhibition last year when it joined forces with Opera North to feature a collection of five costumes and 19 production photographs.
The hotel at Granary Wharf boasts the city's highest bar and opened last year.
