15.41pm - All council leisure and sports centres, art gallery, libraries and one stop centres are open as usual, while the mobile library service is offering a reduced service.
Adult social care services including home care services are continuing without major issues and all meals at home are being delivered, on foot where necessary.
Older people’s day centres are closed, but staff are visiting all customers who would have attended to check on their wellbeing.
Learning disability day centres are all open and staff are contacting customers who are unable to attend to check on their wellbeing too.
Bin services have been severely disrupted. Some crews will be emptying green recycling bins where possible so people don’t have to wait another four weeks for a collection and residents are being asked to take black bins due for collection today back inside and they should be brought back out on their next collection day.
13.49pm - Leeds Bradford Airport is now open after heavy snowfall caused disruption to flight schedules this morning.
The backlog of cancelled and delayed flights is still affecting schedules so it is recommended that passengers check the status of their flights before arriving at the airport.

12.38pm - Adverse weather has forced the Royal Armouries Museum, in Leeds, to close today.
A spokeswoman for the museum apologised for any inconvenience caused.

12.17pm - The grounds and gardens at Harewood House, in Harewood, are closed today due to heavy snowfall.

12.11pm - The White Rose Shopping Centre is open for business as usual and all car parks and the centre’s bus station are fully operational.
White Rose marketing manager Nikki Appleton, said: “Our team has been on site from the early hours clearing roadways, car parks, the bus station and paths, to ensure that customers arriving by car, bus, or on foot, will be safe.”
She said the centre plans to remain open until its normal time of 8pm, with clearing and gritting operations continuing throughout the day.
