From Commonwealth gymnast to TV football presenter, mother and fitness guru – it seems there is little Gabby Logan can't do.
Now the 33-year-old, from Leeds, has turned her hand to jewellery making, designing a necklace of 18ct white gold and 26 diamonds at Share jewellers, Roundhay.
It will be auctioned at an event in London marking England star Andrew Flintoff's testimonial year, to raise money for the charity set up in memory of her younger brother.
Gabby, who gave birth to twins Reuben and Lois last year, said: "I'm delighted with the piece I've designed, it's gorgeous. I'm just a bit upset I won't get to keep it.
"But I'm hoping people will go online or to the event on September 27 and bid generously to help us raise vital funds for the Daniel Yorath Appeal."
She added: "Hopefully it will raise upwards of 10,000. If people have had a few drinks and there are a few big hitters at the dinner, it'll push the price up."
Daniel was 15 and enjoying a kickabout at home with dad Terry – former Leeds United and Welsh international footballer – when he died suddenly from the rare heart condition hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Cash raised from the appeal goes to the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association to pay for screening machinery and to raise awareness.
Gabby, an ITV World Cup presenter, said even after 14 years the pain of losing Daniel remained. She returns to Leeds to see her parents every five weeks and said: "When everyone gets together it is always poignant because someone is missing."
The appeal has raised 220,000. Gabby's husband, Scotland rugby player Kenny Logan, recently raised a further 20,000 and they hope to reach 500,000 this year.
