FORMER University of Leeds Campus Bretton Hall is set to be transformed in to a 120-bedroom luxury hotel and business park after planning permission for a first phase of development was granted.

Leeds-based developer Rushbond won planning consent from Wakefield Council last February for an ambitious project to breathe new life in to Grade II-listed Georgian mansion Bretton Hall, in the grounds of Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
