Frozen sing-along at Leeds shopping centre to boost children’s charity

TWO sing-along screenings of Disney blockbuster Frozen at The Light shopping centre in Leeds raised more than £2,400 for the Ruddi’s Retreat charity.

last week’s screenings gave children the chance to sing-along at the top of their voices to the movie’s hit songs including the Academy Award winning Let It Go.

A total of £2,417 was raised, which will be donated to Ruddi’s Retreat.

The charity works to provide affordable holidays for families with children suffering from the effects of cancer treatment. Stephanie James of The Light, said: “We are truly thrilled to have raised so much for such a fantastic cause.“
