Scores of cycling students have taken to two wheels in aid of Sport Relief.

Youngsters aged four to 11 dusted off their bicycles and rode around the grounds of Holy Family Catholic Primary School, in Parliament Road, Armley, yesterday.

The Tour de France-inspired fundraising event saw all pupils get involved after the school begged and borrowed bicycles for a number of children who did not have their own bikes at home.

Some youngsters also took to trikes, scooters and skateboards in a bid to raise funds for Sport Relief, which helps vulnerable people in the UK and abroad. Visit www.justgiving.com/holyfamilyschool to donate.
