Details of Easter services in Roundhay
St Andrew's Church in Roundhay together with other churches in the community have released details of their services over Easter.

"Come and celebrate Easter with us at St Andrew's and together with other churches in Roundhay," that's the message from Rev David Pickering, minister at St Andrew's United Reformed Church.
The services will be:
Monday, March 17
7pm: St Andrew's - Music and Images.
Tuesday, March 18
7pm: St Andrew's - Words and Prayers, followed by Bible Study
Wednesday, March 19
7pm at St Andrew's - Meditations.
Maundy Thursday (March 20)
10am: St Andrew's - Easter Teddy Bear Service.
Maundy Thursday (March 20)
7.30pm: St Edmund's - Ecumenical Communion Service, preacher: Rev Dr Jane Craske of Lidgett Park Methodist Church.
Good Friday (March 21)
11am: St Andrew's - Reflective Service, followed by….
Good Friday, (March 21)
12pm: Ecumenical Silent Walk of Witness from The Friends Meeting House, Street Lane, to the Bandstand, Roundhay Park
Easter Day (March 23)
6am: At the Bandstand, Roundhay Park (Mansion Lane entrance): Ecumenical Easter Sunrise Service.
Easter Day (March 23)
10.45am: St Andrew's - Celebration Service, with Believer's Baptism and Holy Communion
"These are services for the whole community, of all ages, whether you regularly attend church or not. Do come. You'll be most welcome to share in celebrating the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the foundation events of Christianity.
"God bless you all with a very happy Easter," added Rev Pickering.
