Cross Gates Good Neighbours: Summer fair invite

Cross Gates and District Good Neighbours are calling on the community to support its summer fair.

The event is taking place on Tuesday, July 22, at the Scheme's Station Road base from 11am until 2pm.

This will be a fun day for all and there will be a variety of stalls on offer displaying a colourful array of goods. Stalls will include plants, arts and crafts, cakes, books etc.

For those wanting to try their luck there will also be a tombola and lucky dip stall.

At 12.30pm a mini auction will be held - just the opportunity to grab a bargain.

Jacki Lawrence of Cross Gates and District Good Neighbours said: "So, hope for fine weather , and come along and enjoy the day. There is nothing nicer than the opportunity to sample homemade cakes."

She added: "And if this can be accompanied by winning a lovely gift from the tombola or bottle stall so much the better."

Entrance is 50p including light refreshments.
