Cross Gates Christmas shopping evening invite from local school

Bargain-hunters are being invited to a special evening of Christmas shopping at a Cross Gates school next month. Click here for more details.

The event is being held at Manston St James Primary in the school hall on Thursday, November 1, from 7.30pm until 9pm.

There will be a number of stalls including candles, Virgin Vie, jewellery, handbags, children's accessories & gifts, and handmade jewellery as well as handmade cards.

There will also be a demonstration by a local florist and the opportunity to sample an Indian head massage or treat yourself to a relaxing hand massage.

Tracy Hampshire, chair of the Friends of Manston St James, said: "We hope people will see the event as an ideal opportunity to start their Christmas shopping in a relaxed atmosphere."

* Tickets, costing 2.50 including refreshments, are available in advance from Manston St James School on Sandbed Lane, and will be available on door.
