Child knocked down outside Leeds school

Police were called after a child was knocked down outside a Leeds high school.

Officers were called to Robin Lane, Pudsey just after 3pm (Sept 5) to reports that a child had been hit by a car outside Crawshaw School.

The driver stopped at the scene and it is understood an ambulance was not needed.

The child is believed to have suffered a minor injury and did not require hospital treatment.

Busses are understood to have been diverted from Robin Lane while the incident dealt with.
