Builder rescued after scaffolding leg break
FIREFIGHTERS from Wakefield and paramedics were called to rescue a builder who had broken his leg while working on scaffolding.
Firefighters were called to help paramedics to get the man down from the scaffolding at a house on Ashdene Drive, Crofton, just before 2pm on Monday.
The man's leg had slipped between boards on the scaffold.
Paramedics then took him to Pinderfields Hospital.
