Robinson thought she had appendicitis and had no idea she was pregnant.
She later gave birth to Mackenzie, who weighed a healthy 7lb 14oz.
"I thought I had appendicitis. I had no idea I was pregnant until my waters broke and I could feel his head. He arrived about five minutes later," she told the Hull Daily Mail.
Mackenzie, now five weeks old, is said to be doing well.
She added: "I was in total shock. It took about two weeks for it to sink in. Because I had no idea I was pregnant, I didn't have any clothes for him or things such as prams and car seats."
