Police are hunting the culprits of two south Leeds street robberies after a pensioner was left with a fractured skull.

In one incident a 67-year-old woman was walking in Moor Flatts Road, Middleton, when she was hit on the back of the head on January 7 at around 4.20pm.

She fell and the suspect took her bag, which contained an e-reader, phone, a purse and keys. She sustained a fractured skull.
