Top chefs are keen to be part of Leeds’s dining scene.
That’s according to celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, who visited San Carlo’s on South Parade after creating a selection of dishes for the group, which also owns the Flying Pizza in Roundhay.
He said: “Jamie Oliver opened a restaurant down the road so everybody seems to want to be in this town. So it’s great to team up with one of the most established restaurants in the city.”
San Carlo chairman Carlo Distefano, left, said: “Aldo will bring his great love of Italian food to our restaurants and a lot of fun too.”
