Yorkshire’s brightest young stars were recognised at a glittering awards ceremony in Leeds.
Actors from Emmerdale and Coronation Street handed out gongs at the YEP-backed Yorkshire Young Achievers Awards, which is now in its 20th year.
The Yorkshire Young Achievers foundation has raised £900,000 for charity so far.
Doctor Kate Granger, 31, was the star of the show as she picked up the the Unsung Hero award.
Kate, from Wakefield, is continuing her work at Pinderfields Hospital despite being diagnosed with terminal cancer last year.
She said: “I am just overwhelmed with all of the recognition I have had recently.”
Husband Chris said: “She is such an inspirational person, not just in her job but as a committed family member and friend.”
