The skydiver said that it was time she got out of her "comfort zone".
"Over the years, I've seen many people do daring activities to raise money for Wheatfields so I thought it was about time I did my bit too," she said.
"I turned 65 last year and since then I've wanted to do something far out of my comfort zone to raise money for a charity that has had a special place in my heart for such a long time. I've roped my sister-in-law and local vicar, who is raising money for the Parish of Seacroft, into doing the jump with me.
"As the big day approaches, they're both a constant source of support."
Anne hopes to raise 500 for Wheatfields, where she has worked since 1994 and saw her mum spend her final days in 2001.
The hospice cares for people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and loved ones.
Anne will take to the skies on Monday at Hibaldstow airfield in Lincolnshire.
