Set in New York with all famous lines such as 'I'll have what she's having' and featuring music by Ben Cullum and his brother, the jazz sensation, Jamie Cullum, the show is billed as the ultimate in feelgood theatre.
Theatre executive director, Murray Edward, said: "We are thrilled to have When Harry Met Sally opening its national tour at Theatre Royal Wakefield.
"There is already a real buzz about the show in the region; not only is it one of the most famous romantic comedies of all time and we have an all star cast and fantastic music but the quality of the company delivering the tour will also mean our audiences get an all round fabulous experience which is something we pride ourselves on."
When Harry Met Sally continues to be one of the most popular romantic comedies for more than two decades after it hit the big screen starring Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan.
The smash hit 1989 film, directed by Rob Reiner, spawned dozens of memorable lines and the burning question: 'can a man and woman ever really just be friends?'
