Thousands of people turned out for the fundraising celebration at Soldiers' Field in Roundhay Park.
Popular attractions included a giant bungee trampoline and a donkey petting zoo. The Red Devils parachute team also dropped in to add a touch of drama to proceedings.
Proceeds from the gala will boost the drive to raise 10m for the recently opened Institute of Oncology at St James's Hospital in Leeds.
